Susan Harvey has been a licensed Commercial Realtor in the valley for over 23 years. Susan was recently recognized as the top producing agent for all of Riverside County.

Susan started her career in Commercial Real Estate in 1987 with Lusardi Construction Company with the development, sales and leasing of the Rancho Coachella Business Center a 280 acre business park in Coachella and the Rancho Coachella Vineyards Specific Plan a 240 acre residential specific plan. Susan was instrumental in application and ultimately the successful designation of the Enterprise Zone for the Eastern Coachella Valley as well as the approval of the Jacqueline Cochran Regional Airport master plan for expansion.

In 1993 Susan along with partner, Paula Turner started Desert Pacific Properties, which for over 17 years has been a dominant force in Eastern Coachella Valley Commercial Real Estate. Susan and Paula collectively have been involved in dozens of major residential and industrial projects throughout the valley.

Paula Turner is a 20-year resident of the Coachella Valley and Co Owner of Desert Pacific Properties. Paula has over 25 year’s experience in Commercial Real Estate with an emphasis on land acquisition and development. Paula moved to the Coachella Valley in 1988 when the Lusardi Land Company purchased 1000 acres in the City of Coachella and developed the Rancho Coachella Business Center. Paula was instrumental in applying for and ultimately successful in obtaining an Enterprise Zone designation for the Eastern Coachella Valley.

In 1993, Paula along with Susan Harvey founded Desert Pacific Properties. Desert Pacific Properties it the leader in their industry. Desert Pacific Properties has sold more land in the Coachella Valley than any other real estate firm. Desert Pacific Properties current listing inventory is in excess of $200 million. Paula is currently serving on the Coachella Valley Enterprise Zone Advisory Committee.

Selene has been with Desert Pacific Properties for over 12 years. A licensed Real Estate Agent since 2005 and California State Notary Public. Research Analyst - gather and analyze data to prepare specific reports on prospective properties. Conducts research on conservation areas, soils, topography, earthquake and flood zones. Research for utilities surrounding properties with the property utility agencies. Research of zoning and general plan ordinance for the use of the property. Tracks detailed sales in an internal database. Graphics Designer - creates designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts. Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material. Uses computer software to generate images. Develop graphics and layouts for flyers on properties. Computer Services - installs and performs minor repairs to hardware, software and peripheral equipment following design and installation specifications. Conducts computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support. Modify and customize programs for internal needs. Aaron has study 4 years of Geography and Environmental Studies and obtained a Geographic Information System Certificate (GIS) from Cal State University of San Bernardino.  He has successfully used his skills to locate land in several states for solar plant development. Aaron has worked for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and a couple land and commercial real estate companies managing property data, making marketing packages, and maps while attending the university before returning to the desert area to join Desert Pacific Properties. Using  knowledge and experience of GIS, environmental studies, real estate, and graphic design, Aaron brings a powerful combination to our team.

Aaron is familiar with the high and low desert from 20 years of residence in this area. He often hikes and backpacks through the US Southwest.
